summer, yet still thinking about hockey

Because clearly Fleury and Crosby are pimps

So school somewhat officially ended for us today when we both walked in to our World History exam attempting to remember 500 years of history and apply it all in a matter of two hours. All we have left are a couple of school functions and graduation, and then we'll be good to go with our summer plans. Which includes talking about hockey, of course, even though we shouldn't because July and August are the only months in Canada when hockey is talked about lightly (perhaps 89 times a week as opposed to 179).

We're also trying to keep our summer committments to Luke Schenn as much as possible, which includes going to stalk visit him at some Leafs kids hockey camp where spectators are allowed. If we're not allowed in without children we're bringing our little cousins along. Trust us, we have it all figured out.

Follow the Cup '09 to Thunder Bay and Jordan Staal is looking pretty bleak at the moment. Nobody wants to drive us eighteen hours. Vanessa has had to put her dreams of seeing the sod farm aside, BUT THAT'S OKAY!
Because you know what?
Sorel looks like a nice place, and it's only 7 - 8 hours away.

Marc Andre, here we come.
